Piney Creek Village Property Association consists of two filings. Filing No. 1 is located in unincorporated Arapahoe County and Filing No. 3 is located in the City of Centennial. The community development will be comprised of 187 single family homes at buildout. The development is located at E. Lake Avenue just east of S. Parker Road.

The Association was incorporated in April, 1999. Amenities include approximately 5 acres of open space, perimeter fencing and entry monuments. Two builders, Richmond American Homes and Golden Design Group, Inc., have designed and built homes for this development.

Association members pay a semi-annual assessment which includes weekly curbside trash pickup and recycling service. Assessments also pay for the following expenses: landscape maintenance, water for the common elements, liability insurance for the common areas, Director's & Officer's insurance, professional management, legal fees, electric for the common elements, snow removal on selected perimeter sidewalks, and reserves.
